Welcome to Tulevate. By accessing or using our website, platform and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Tulevate
Tulevate is an online career platform designed to support job seekers by providing access to career resources, job opportunities, AI-powered application tools, webinars, community features and application management tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Tulevate.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
3. Membership
Membership provides access to features based on your subscription level.
We may add, improve or remove features as the platform develops.
Your membership is personal and may not be shared with others.
4. Payments
Membership fees are billed in advance.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5. Founding Membership
Founding Membership pricing is available only during the promotional period.
Members who maintain an active Founding Membership will retain their discounted price.
If you cancel your Founding Membership, the discounted pricing may no longer be available if you choose to rejoin.

As Tulevate provides immediate access to digital content and services, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
7. Career Information
Tulevate provides career guidance, job listings and educational resources.
While we make every effort to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee:
- Employment
- Interview invitations
- Visa sponsorship
- Salary levels
- Job availability
All employment decisions remain the responsibility of employers.
8. Sponsorship Intelligence
Tulevate may display sponsorship insights or likelihood indicators based on publicly available information and historical sponsorship activity.
These indicators are intended as guidance only and do not guarantee that an employer will sponsor a visa application.
9. AI Features
AI-generated CVs, cover letters and other content are designed to assist users.
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before submitting applications.
10. Community Guidelines
Members must:
- Treat others with respect.
- Avoid abusive, discriminatory or offensive behaviour.
- Not post misleading or fraudulent information.
- Not promote scams or illegal activities.
- Not share another person’s confidential information without permission.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
11. Intellectual Property
All Tulevate content, branding, graphics, software, resources and materials remain the property of Tulevate unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
12. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
13. Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to Tulevate but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available.
Maintenance, upgrades or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tulevate shall not be liable for:
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Loss of income
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Decisions made by employers
- Visa application outcomes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for their current subscription period.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Where significant changes are made, members will be notified through the website or by email.
